 Thats an entire sheet of insulation (crappy cheap kind) cut up into terrain with plenty of scrap bits left over for spur of the moment inspiration projects.

Wargaming table blog part 2

Part two of the table. Need to shore up the legs so it wont wobble as much. Then need to add the trim to cover up the plethora of nails and hammered in screws (I got mad when I kept stripping the damn things out) then some wood filler to plug up the cracks and its gud

Here is the base shape. Just threw the side support beams on with the saw horse attachments. I plan on bracing the other ends and a beam across the middle so it wont bow over time.

Learn to paint night

Taught a few local players how to paint tonight. The wonderfull Mr and Mrs Catfud

At the end of the day we started a game on one of their oversized printed hexmaps. Much fun. That ridge in the middle of the map really made things interesting

 They are now true painters! I am sooo proud.
